What to Expect from your inspection
Our home inspections typically last 2-4 hours, depending on the size and age of the home. We are happy to take our time with you to ensure that you understand the condition of the home and have all your questions answered.
Your inspector will typically already be at the home when you arrive. You will be invited to follow along with him as he performs the inspection. Due to insurance reasons, we will ask you not to follow us on the roof or into the crawl space. We will take high quality photos and enter our findings into our inspection program . After the inspection, the we will go over any major concerns and answer any of your questions.
We willl provide you with clear communication and a detailed report. You will have the critical knowledge necessary to make an informed decision. No two home inspectors are alike finding a home can be challenging, choosing an inspector should not be.
